Upper Myagdi, incorporated as a private company on July 8, 2016 was converted to a public company on June 23, 2021. The company is pursuant to developing two hydropower projects in Nepal, namely, Middle Upper Myagdi Hydropower Project and Siwa Khola Hydropower Project. These projects are in various phases of development at present.

Upper Myagdi is pursuant to developing two hydropower projects, namely Middle Mewa Hydropower Project and Siwa Khola Hydropower Project. Located in the Myagdi district of Nepal, these projects are in various phases of development.
Middle Mewa Hydropower Project
Located at a distance of 700 Km northeast of Kathmandu, Middle Mewa HPP is one of the very few Peaking Run of River (PROR) type projects in Nepal.
Siwa Khola Hydropower Project
Located at a distance of 730 km north-east of Kathmandu, Siwa Khola HPP is one of the very few Peaking Run of River (PROR) type projects in Nepal.

Our Team
